I wanted to let you know that without a doubt in about 25 yrs of experience with car sales people working with Lisa has been by far the best experience ever. She has been professional, courteous, helpful, accountable and always followed through with what we had discussed. With that I should also say that this entire deal was done through email and on the phone. I understand that your dealership does quite a few deals this way but I also can see where it is very easy to have details slide through the cracks when you never meet the customer face to face.

If Lisa is an indication of the sales people on your floor, your dealership stand head and shoulders above most others.
